About the author:
Elieni Caputo holds a degree in Psychology from UFSCar and in Literature from PUC-SP, and is currently a PhD candidate in Comparative Studies of Portuguese Language Literatures at USP. She is also a member of the GENAM - Group for Studies and Research in Literature, Narrative and Medicine. She is a published poet with three collections: 'Violência e brevidade' (Penalux, 2020), 'Casa de barro' (Patuá, 2018), and 'Poema em pó' (7Letras, 2006), all published in Brazil. In addition to her poetry, she has also published 'Laço de fita', her first book in prose. She has received awards in national (Brazilian) and Portuguese literary competitions.
